When you use ScopeAI, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, organization details, and the content of proposals you create (including client briefs, scope documents, and pricing data).

We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address. This helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the ScopeAI service
• To generate proposals and SOWs using AI on your behalf
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (proposal delivery, account updates)
• To improve our product and develop new features

3. AI Processing

Client briefs and proposal content are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) for processing. This data is used solely to generate your proposals and is not used to train AI models. We do not retain AI-processed content beyond what is stored in your account.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate ScopeAI (hosting, AI processing, payments, email delivery) and when required by law.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your dashboard settings. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at support@prescope.pro.
