1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScopeAI (“the Service”), operated by Proplan Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScopeAI is an AI-powered proposal and statement of work generator designed for agencies and consultancies. The Service allows you to upload client briefs, generate proposals, manage pricing, and deliver documents to clients.

3. Accounts & Organizations

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization account is managed by its members, and you are responsible for all activity under your organization.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free accounts include 3 proposals per month.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Share account access with unauthorized users beyond your plan limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using ScopeAI, including client briefs, proposals, and SOWs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Proposals and SOWs generated by ScopeAI are created using AI and should be reviewed before sending to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all output before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScopeAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Proplan Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost deals, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
